[Video] A Fun Little Pink Smoothie To Wake Up To!

Let’s have a smoothie!


This protein-packed pink drink makes for a great breakfast and a highly-nutritious snack!

Dragonfruit Mango Smoothie Recipe
Raw, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free

Ingredients:
2 cups of chilled non-dairy milk (we’re using hazelnut)
½ of a dragonfruit
½ cup mango cubes
1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (we’re using organic maple syrup)
1 tablespoon of plant-based protein powder (we’re using Nutrilite)

Steps:
1. Start with the base liquid to get a smoother blend, so in goes the hazelnut milk.
2. Add in the dragonfruit, mangoes, extra virgin coconut oil, organic maple syrup and protein powder.
3. Blitz away!
4. Optional: turn it into a smoothie bowl! Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favourite fruits, nuts, and seeds! We’re using bananas, blueberries, coconut, almond, and chia seeds.


Isn’t that just a fun little treat to wake up to? 


It’s the perfect fuel for a whole day of fasting too, so why not try it for sahur one of these nights? =)
