amount of chilli powder and cayenne pepper it’s tossed in!
Spicy Okra Stir-Fry
Vegan,
Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Nut-Free
Ingredients:
10 stalks of okra
1
onion
4
cloves of garlic
100g
enoki mushrooms
½
tablespoon of chilli powder
½
tablespoon of cayenne pepper
½
tablespoon of turmeric powder
Extra
virgin coconut oil
Salt
(we’re using Himalayan rock salt)
Steps:
I do like okra - it's a tricky veggie to cook well though. I've had some dishes turn out a little 'slimy' while others are crisp and fresh.
