The B.L.O.G. Salad is a beautiful mix of sweet and savoury: crisp greens tossed with apricots, olives, dates, and dried cranberries topped with an unbelievably delicious tahini-like dressing.

We gave the Chili Mushroom Pasta a try too, and the serving of stir-fried spaghetti tossed with slightly spiced mushrooms is just scrumptious!

To complete the meal, we added on some juices, OC Heaven (orange + carrot) and Thirst Quencher (watermelon).
