to get your chia pudding on? Here’s the recipe!
Strawberry Kiwi Chia Pudding Recipe
Raw, Vegan, Refined Sugar-Free, Soy-Free, Gluten-Free
Ingredients (per serving):
1 cup of non-dairy milk of choice (we used hazelnut
milk. For a nut-free option, try hemp milk)
2 heaping tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (we used our current
obsession: coconut nectar)
As much strawberries and kiwis as you like
As much strawberries and kiwis as you like
Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients in a glass / bowl / jar / to-go
cup
2. Stir until fairly mixed. The seeds won’t dissolve
in the milk right away but that’s fine
3. Cover and keep in the fridge overnight (or for
around 6 hours)
4. The next morning, the mixture will have turned into
an interesting pudding-like texture, with the chia seeds taking on a sago-like
form
Everything about this adorable pudding is
customizable, from pudding flavor options to the endless topping possibilities.
We’ll share with you our more adventurous attempts soon!
