This
mini-recipe is perfect for when you’re rushing to get dishes out onto the
dinner table! These roasted tofu slices are incredibly yummy, and takes barely
any effort – all you need to do is slather the tofu in a simple marinade, and
let the oven take up the rest of the cooking!
Honey
Mustard Roasted Tofu Recipe
Ingredients:
2 firm organic tofu
1 tablespoon organic
honey (though if you want to keep it vegan, you could probably give organic
maple syrup a try)
1 tablespoon wholegrain
mustard
1 tablespoon
extra virgin coconut oil
Himalayan rock salt
Steps:
1. Combine the
honey, mustard, coconut oil and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Slice the tofu in
half.
4. Cover the tofu
completely with the honey mustard mix.
5. Place the tofu on
a baking pan.
6. Roast in the oven
for 15 minutes at 190°C.
